The 3% Conference is an annual summit where top ad executives gather to discuss 
the need for more female creative leaders in the industry – only 3% of creative directors are women. So when the conference challenged people nationwide to create a poster that both promotes the conference and communicates why we need more women making ads, it only made sense to make it look like an ad a dude would make. Oh yeah, we won the competition. And some hot shot creative director called it the smartest ad he’s seen in years.
